Evening Protein Smoothie

I don't want to be snacking on much in the evenings, but I do need my dose of protein in the evening. This affects the way I feel in the mornings, it lessens my morning sickness.





Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of whey or hemp protein (sweetened by stevia)
  • handful of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond/raw homemade almond mylk


that's it, super simple!!!!
