My Daily juice different from day to day. But one thing is consistent, I have it. Sometimes I lean towards a more green juice, and other days more towards a berry juice. I still add in several handfuls of spinach/kale /combination of both.
I have carried and birthed 5 babies! 3/5 of my pregnancies I suffered greatly through the hands of Hyperemesis gravidarum (a.k.a extremely severe pregnancy nausea) and piled on 50 to 75lb of weight!!! My last 2 pregnancies were victories in the sense that I wasn't hospitalized, rarely vomited and didn't put on over 70lb of weight. I'm hoping to prepare for any future pregnancies with the help of holistic health and of course by, the Trim Healthy Mama plan! Welcome!
